Still works here. You just need to be sure that your values are all ok and make sense.

Start with a fresh export and make small changes.

I try man, but when i do a change it does not change in the game. I press import, i have a short loading but the changes are not effective.

I got it to work again. You can't just upgrade things now. You need to find total time/weapon cubes and raise that to match the upgrades that you choose.
